What documents are required for Rent Agreement registration ?

Minimal Documents are required for all parties (Landlord, Tenant & Two witnesses) 1) Aadhaar Number /card 2) PAN (Permanent Account Number)

Do I have to go to the Govt Registration office?

No. With Max Services, you get doorstep service for Rent Agreement Registration. Your Agreement is registered in front of you in 15 minutes, at a time & place of your choosing. (We’ve even registered at Railway stations & Airports, when people were in a time crunch!)

What is the Cost of Rent Agreement Registration?

Its much cheaper than Offline registration! You can check the calculator on this page to get the total amount including the official stampduty you need to pay.

What if the Landlord & Tenant are in Different cities/Countries?

Don’t worry we can visit them separately if they are in a different city. If they are in a different country you can call us and we will guide you in detail.

Do the Landlord & Tenant have to be at the same place?

No, we can visit the Tenant & the Landlord separately, and make it completely hassle-free for you!

Can person having power of attorney (POA) be involved for E-registration in case the owner is outside country?

Yes. POA holder can be the licensor of the property. The registered rent agreement will have POA’s name as the licensor and not Owners name. Incase you are out of India, you can try our Remote Rent Agreement E-registration. Call us for more details on this.

Can multiple tenants be added in the E-registration document?

Yes. All the concerned parties should have Aadhaar and PAN number.
